In collaboration with The Maya Organization, Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated, Atlantic Region, aims to support mothers in need by providing supplies, promoting prenatal care participation, encouraging healthy behaviors, and equipping them with knowledge and tools towards positive maternal and mental health. The collaborative effort will support the mission of the following initiatives: Stork’s Nest, Maternal Health-Birth Equity, and Mental Health, particularly focusing on postpartum and psychosis.

● Minimum monetary donation for Graduate Chapters and Amicae Auxiliaries is $50 – $200 depending on chapter/auxiliary size (see below for details).
● Minimum monetary donation for Undergraduate Chapters is $50 for all sizes categories.
● Monetary Donations must be made by 11:59 pm on 9/9/2023
● Item Donations must be received at the facility by 9/29/2023.

Z-HOPE™ Eligibility Rules

● Item donations must be selected from the provided wish list at WISH LIST LINK.
● During the conference, Sorors and Amicae will sign up to volunteer during the community baby shower.

All Chapters/Amicae Auxiliaries
● 25 points for every 25 items donated.

Please note: Zeta Male Networks and Zeta Youth Groups are not eligible for Z-HOPE™ points; however, they are encouraged to support the efforts of their sponsoring chapters.

Bonus Points: Chapters and Amicae Auxiliaries who volunteer to assist at the Community Baby Shower during ARLC in addition to making monetary and or item donations will be eligible for a one-time bonus of 25 Z-HOPE™ points.

To report participation to the Zeta Service Management System (ZSMS), follow these steps:

All Z-HOPE™ programs must be logged in to the Zeta Service Management System via the international website: zphib1920.org/programs-initiatives/z-hope/zsms/

Entries are due 11:59pm EST on 11/4/2023, to earn Z-HOPE™ points based on the designated structure.
